- asiaegolf
reserves the absolute rights to change the packages
and prices without prior notice.
- All
rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) nett
per pax on twin sharing basis. Weekend rates
apply to Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
in Malaysia.
- Rates
above include all relevant government taxes
and service charges.
- The
rates indicated herein are subject to changes
with or without prior notice.
- Golf
booking to be made at least three (3) working
days prior to the date of play together with
list of name of golfers and handicap.
- Minimum
of 2 golfers is required in each flight on weekdays
and 3 golfers on weekends and public holidays.
- All
bookings are subject to availability of the
golf courses and hotels and changes are at the
discretion of asiaegolf.
- Valid
handicap cards to be produced upon request.
- It
is compulsory to wear proper golf attire (collared
T-shirt and knee-length shorts or long pants)
and rubber sole or soft spikes golf shoes on
all courses.
- Weekday
afternoon tee-ff must be before 2:30pm for 18-holes.
On weekend and any Malaysian public holidays,
the afternoon tee-off times are between 13:30pm
- 2:30pm.
- Where
applicable, night golfing tee-off times are
between 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. for 18-holes and
6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. for 9-holes. Lighting
charges (night levy) are RM20.00 for 18-hole
and RM15.00 for 9-hole.
- Notification
of cancellation must be forwarded in writing
via mail or fax to asiaegolf. Such notification
of changes must be received by asiaegolf by
or before the specified time as follows:

- More
than 30 days prior to departure - 30% of total
amount
- 29
- 15 days prior to departure - 50% of total
amount
- 14
- 6 days prior to departure - 75% of total amount
- Less
than 5 days prior to departure or no show -
100% of total amount

- Guests
must abide by the rules and regulations of the
properties, clubs and hotels & resorts of
the product ("The Rules & Regulations")
and the Rules and Regulations may be varied
or amended from time to time.
- In
case of bad weather refunds will be made in
accordance to the rules set by the respective
golf courses. Transport and golf cart fees are
not refundable.
- asiaegolf
or any of its agents or employees shall not
be held liable for: -

- any
loss of or damage to property or injury to any
person by reason of any defect, negligence or
other wrongful act;
- any
inconvenience, mental distress or other similar
matter;
- any
delay in departure or tee-off time and;
- any
cancellation or double booking of reservations.
- war
or the threat of war, terrorist activity or
the threat of terrorist activity, political
unrest, riots, civil commotion or strife, industrial
disputes or strikes, natural disasters, fire,
Acts of God, technical problems with transportation,
closure of roads or passes, quarantine, adverse
weather conditions, governmental actions, or
other circumstances held to be force majeure.

- In
event of your tour being affected by circumstances
amounting to force majeure, asiaegolf reserves
the right to alter or cancel your booking.
